4 cups pressed apple cider
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
12 ounce chilli sauce
1 tablespoon whole mustard seed
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 medium finely chopped
1. Bring all ingredients to boil in a large saucepan.
2. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thickened and volume is halved.
3. Pour hot sauce into two 1-pint sterilized jars.
4. Seal with 2-piece sterilized lids. Water-bath process for 10 minutes.
5. Remove with tongs. Cool. Decorate if desire.
