Chocolate chip macademia cookies recipe


1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/2 cup mlik chocolate or vanilla milk chips
1/2 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk biscuit and baking mix
1/2 cup light or dark brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk biscuit and baking mix
1 stick melted butter
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Combine everything together in a large bowl. Add more nuts or baking chips if desired.
- Preheat oven to 375F
2. Spoon the mixture into 1 inche ball shape.
3. Place on baking sheets coated with shorten.
4. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
5. Tranfer from the baking sheet. Let them cool completely. Keep in jar
